They do what they want, when they want to the share price whether information comes or not.

They could save a lot of money by not worrying to keep there investors up to date.

They have stretched and manipulated the timing of all
these reports and would not be surprised if there was another hiccup to stall everything another 3 to 6 months.
That should be just enough time to seem reasonable and just enough time to frustrate some shareholders to sell.

Pretty damn frustrating when $13 million dollar placement has been done to a select few who are in the know.

These comments would probably be used as great fodder for the genius who has been manipulating share price, thinking he is correct with his strategy.
