Cephalon as part of the agreement will take no larger than ~20% within the year, but the more they own of Mesoblast the more they can make from the company SP increases, Manufacturing rights, Dividends etc and possibly influence company decisions. I would expect others would want to take advantage of this window to accumulate. When will be the question. Just my thoughts.
