of course it is a dilution, it needs shareholder approval, last time I looked you didn't need anyone's approval to buy a share. You do to create one though.
Really this is getting rather silly.
The cash is the balancer to the dilution which the market worked out and consequently settled between the two.
If you are tipping in money with such scant regard today, I would say it will end the week ay $9.
