it IS a big deal! why would directors of this ailing exploration company issue themselves even MORE options? they have absolutely no hope in hell of developing this project in burundi and are clearing the decks for a takeover or jv with a major to get this project off the ground. realistically this company is worth over $10 a share but we'll be lucky as shareholders if the major that eventually puts us all out of our misery pays north of $2. so, from my standpoint as just another angry shareholder i think this is a good sign because what's good for them is good for us.
