I suspect that Whirlpool is referring to the Crown Prince claim and surrounding area. I remember a conversation some time ago from a Meeka contact who told me he had seen a plan of an open cut over the area, that was done after the ore estimate done by Julia Mines of the estimated 30,000 oz plus resource down to a hundred metres.

THX have announced gold interesections on the Crown Prince done by Julia Mines. They have also reported they are going to drill to confirm some high grade interesections that can't be reported owing to new regulations and also going to drill outside the previous boundaries to see how far the reefs continue.

This will probably be their first open cut prospect, with Lydia next, and other close satellite discoveries.
