On the contrary, I thought the "Put option" convertible note was a greater strategy that would underpin the financial security of AVR particularly if Wayne is able to bring other parties onto the share register as the put option can be exercised at higher and higher valuation though reducing dilution of existing holders. However what Wayne has failed in my opinion if to attract other insto onto the register.
