As PP pointed out, not having NOPTA approval was BPH’s biggest risk and looks like it could come back to bite the SH’s who didn’t take profits come Monday. Maybe this will bring some attention to XST who has approval and will be spudding shortly if not next week ($100m MC could be a possibility). Popcorn for sure.
