I struggle to see how this share continues to drop. Surely today it went under its cash backing per share (not just NTA but cash at bank).
Seems the appeal is taking far longer than average, but IMO a lot of the blame has to fall squarely on management's shoulders; their complete lack of correspondence relating to market reassurance and non-disclosure of forward plans should the appeal go either way is shameful.
I really don't think this can fall much further (based on simple financials only). However if the market traded soley on confidence in management this company would be broke....
