    Hi Maelstrom,
Management has been clumsy to say the least.
Basically a good story and idea.
Their selling of the idea wasn't the problem, their execution has been.
But the success or otherwise of this enterprise, really depends on
    1.environmental approvals
    2.tax situation going forward

Neither of these things will be improved by putting up detailed plans, until the company has more detail to work with. Lots of hypotheticals, would just make them a target.
They might have done better with better planning, and disclosure previously.
Now they are , very much, on the nose with the environmentalists/media etc
Better to stay out of the limelight.
Keep in mind, the larger shareholders are only going to make money if the business is a success, not if there is a comforting short term spike in sp.
So when there is a decision by the EPA, there will hopefully be a considered, coherent plan eventually released.
Still has a lot going for it, even if this appeal is rejected.
Probably worth a punt even if appeal lost, and sp tanks.
The lack of histrionics from management recently, gives me a little more confidence , that they may do better at navigating the environmental/PR/political minefield, that is bauxite mining in the southwest of WA.

    cheers
