on 23/Oct - shareholders meeting stated they expected FY14 EBIT to be 21-23m (up 45-59% on FY13)
on 12 Nov - confirmed the above expectation in an investor presentation
In between the 2 dates a number of directors sold shares. If the half year result at the end of Dec is a long way off the guidance then a lot of questions need to be asked.
