Yep, the figures you quote are what I was assuming. Just to clarify, these number are pure speculation. I'm just taking a wild guess at the ball-park figure of what revenue they could achieve in a 12 month period. Luxury townhouse project is $27 million in total, so half of that seems reasonable. And I'd hope 20% EBITDA and 10-15% NPAT would be achievable. Pure speculation as I said, but that comes with microcaps.
Concerning approvals, to my knowledge the townhouses already have the go ahead and are up for sale (as in off-the-plan pre-sale). I'm also waiting to hear news on the housing authority collaboration - 2 projects is much better than 1!
