What 43bn. broardband network?
In his budget speech Wayn Swan mentioned building the broardband network in partnership with private enterprise, the only money that he mentioned was the 4.7bn.that they originally put up.
When they last made this offer nobody came to the party as the numbers didn't stack up.
Now I read in the Sunday paper that their 22bn. infrastructure projects are going to cost 80bn. and they are going to try and raid the super funds for the shortfall of 60bn.
How are they going to find the extra 38.3bn. to build the broardband network?
