Citi holds 24% not Meridian Capital. MCIF are at 19.21% (avg 6.1c which is a paperloss of ~46mil at SP of 3.7c).
Compared to MCIF, AGA's entry at 834mil with an avg SP of 4.248c/sh has a slightly less paperloss of ~3.7mil which IMO they should recover by the time the SP moves up this time nxt year when the Rhino arrives onsite from the GoM.
