If CNE are touting for a buyer of a percentage this find any company can throw a number on the table!
PE may be a possible catalyst for an event like this but Woody needs a few more boxes ticked before your scenario comes close.
They will only get a chance to match first offer through the PE protocol (that would be poetic) and who’s to say that Company “X” won’t offer more than WPL are prepared to pay?
Simple logic or simply disregarding logic?
