You should look at the December Quarterly. They (FAR) projected USD$42M expenditure on Exploration and Development. As FAR is NOT exploring at the moment, its safe to conclude its for the SNE development project. And this is considered as sunk costs.
Then you need to account for the Legal Cost for PE lost. IMHO, a minimum of USD $20M. That decision, unless deferred due to Cov-19, will be handed down on 30 March 2020.
After that, FAR will be lucky to have USD $50M left.
That is why FAR is at 1 cent.
The market is Not discounting FAR - not yet any way.
As VH would say, they can count.
