I see a few comments here acknowledging the strategy of selling pre RI shares and re entering via RI for a lower risk exposure, ie RI funds returned if minimum funds not raised.
Therefore, we could actually get a reasonable take-up of the RI if more than a few are going that route.
One can also apply for shortfall shares on top of their entitlement as well....
When you look at the 3 well package being offered, BH-C-Artemis, it is surprising the lack of interest atm
Said lack of interest could well boil down to the silly way Albers has structured the related transactions which puts too much downside risk on shareholders who hold pre RI shares.
Will be interesting to see the notification of undersubscriptions on 16-12-2009
