Retail investors aren't buying and so there is only support when Meng buys. Hong Kong's market being on the fritz might upset his cashflow as well, not to mention he's almost at the 20% trigger. The big dump at least wasn't on very large volume but market depth (which often is meaningless) looks bad now.
Also they will need to raise money soon and the last quarterly showed very little progress. Revenue in stable months is basically the same for the last year or two. Also no NMPA timeline 14(ish) months after they said 6-12 months, 12 months after they alluded to undertaking the process.
