the point I was making ....which you should've got ......was to penalise the leaker ,
first you need to identify them !
I will further point out that when DD is taken on it is done so with an agreement of strict secrecy from both parties ....it is in the "targets" interest for people to know they are being evaluated by someone else .....it isn't in the potential bidders interst for that to come out or it could flush out more bidders and boost the offer price potentialy .
No way did RMS management leak this ..... a RMS employee .... an employee of Karora ....or a sneaky unofficial leak from Karora
are we ever going to know which ?
