I had a look back to 2009 and 2010.
Avoca and RMS were fighting it out for Dioro that controlled 49% of Frogs Legs and 100% of Jubilee.
Avoca at the time wanted Dioro as Avoca was running the Higginsville operations that they purchased from Goldfields back in 2004.
At the time RMS had Spargoville and the Burbanks mill.
RMS and Avoca had a stalemate and flogged off their Dioro shares to Avoca for a nice little profit.
