The good news is that this was done at market, thus the buyer was willing to pay market price for the parcel. Wouldn't be surprised if the shopping of the large parcel around the market is why we saw it dip today.
Overall, my perspective is that this is 20m+ shares that are no longer for sale, thus depressing the price as a buyer of a parcel that size I wouldn't expect to be here for a short time.
