Someone recently mentioned here that the ACCC was requiring large companies to prove they have business continuity plans in place from 1 July.
I think they meant APRA - their domain is financial institutions. There's a summary at the Business Sunday
site - "Data stores", 22 May 2005 or from the horse's mouth in an April statement at http://www.apra.gov.au
Can't really see how this concerns Data-inCrypt's target markets, except maybe in the most indirect "consciousness-raising" sense.
