Yes, I did see the TI announcement on yahoo finance. However, although this is a positive step for Multos, it will be a couple of years at least until Keycorp's shareholding in Stepnexus (a passive 15.9% actually, no the influencing 20%) positively influences the company.
In other news, the new CEO & CFO seems to be whipping the company back into shape - not least of all by simplifying the company financial/reporting structure!
At a P/S of somewhere around 0.3. I am happy to hold.
