This goes back to the schools, who fail to provide adequate discipline for a successful learning environment, and to the present and former generations of teachers who lack the ability to control a class of students.
I speak here from some experience because I taught part time in the Business Studies part of TAFE for several years and the problems were evident there too.
It's not hard to relate to and control young people, it's just a skill you can learn or have.
But if teachers don't have it the whole shebang falls apart, as it evidently is and has been for many years.

But the GEN Z's know all their pronouns, all 42 genders and the LBGTWTFetc alphabet. What else does someone need to enter the workforce?
