I've lately been comparing our Resource/Energy backed Economy with Canada, who have a very similar Economy base.

I'm puzzled to understand why the Canadian Economy has been so resilient in comparison to Australia's.

Canada,s S&P Index
Currently Down just............ 10.9 Percent

Australia's All Ords Down.... 28.5 Percent


Goverment policy effecting Business Confidence can & does have a major impact on a Countries Economy.

Lack of Confidence that the Government can manage is a deciding factor to our current situation.
