In my view the governing bodies (asx, ASIC) have undoubtedly failed us. For I believe that big were non compliant almost from the get go, and this should have been picked up way earlier. Just imagine if the AFR never investigates the company. The whole scheme could have carried on. We’ve obviously got Buckley’s chance getting anything from a class action against big. But can we take on the asx?
