so honestly holders and non holders who know more about company restructuring and administration than I do - what is the best course if action now for big as a company? obviously pay staff and bills outstanding first. it looks like they have the videos and the advertising etc that comes with it. looks like the new backer will fund operations in some way hopefully with more sustainable terms. get rid of directors and fall back to Oz for now? will they fix up the broken customer sign up model? wold really really like to hear ideas.
