the value of a share is subjective, but detemined every few seconds while the market is open.
the potential value is why people would buy now and why others would sell.
in lieu of guidance, the only way to decide whether the 'potential' value is worth taking the risk on is to look at potential future earnings. it's why most people brought at $3, the potential future earnings through Laser TV, etc.
it's exactly the same with a junior resource company. they have something, they have to develop it, at different stages through the process different people give the company differing values on the basis of the information they have. i would argue some people know more than others.
i agree though, if you can't provide accurate guidance don't bother. And they will provide it, but first they need to plug the gaps, throw the dead weight overboard and set a course for sunnier pastures.
i think a big positive has been the new CEO. if some Indian AR is received (which i believe some will, 12 months later) then this should make some quick gains.
need some good news in the half yearly.
beer guy - there were some interesting trades going through today though. jumping from 12 to 16 cents on tiny volume. not sure why. something to watch.
