I'm afraid I can't explain it. There have been a couple of others who have been keeping an eye on the number of video uploads, perhaps they can find an explanation, but it might be better to fire off an email to the company with this question. I'm sure there must be a plausible explanation for this. If someone were to write to the company they might also want ask them about the consistent decline in the number of videos for New York which never made any sense at all.
