Before I put him on ignore I thought I'd check out oggede's posting history and it turns out he is a serial pest who almost exclusively posts negative comments on stock he doesn't hold. Based on what I saw I wouldn't expect him to go away an time soon. His previous obsession was 9SP and that only stopped due to legal issues having been brought to his attention as per his own advice on that forum. He also gets moderated a hell of a lot. Now it definitely is time to put him on ignore, which I would recommend others to do as well judging by 9SP.
