They aren't continuing to issue shares, cash where possible. This was discussed at the AGM. Both founders have been diluted down to 10% each - it hasn't been ideal for them either, but that's what was required to fund quick growth, there wasn't any cash in the bank to seal the agreements at the time they were made.

FC may have been given shares at 20c for providing seed funding to get the model up and running, nothing untoward about that, we're not sure on this though.
