Hedging is important to manage margins where costs and income are in different currencies and may move independently.
Where income and costs are closely matched in the one currency, there is little need to hedge.
BIG income and expenses in the US will be similar, they will be either transfering money to the US to grow the business, or transferring profits back to Aus. No need to hedge here, imo.
