Clearly market momentum/ expectation is driving the price. Media coverage hasn't hurt either. And I found it quite amusing during a family BBQ on the weekend, when my 2 x 20-something cousins, 30 something sister and 60 something mother, all started talking about this new layby app they have been using and love.
