Hi Lefevre,if you look at the announcement for the general meeting,resolutions 3 is for director Todd Hibberd to purchase shares in the placement,and resoulution 4 is for director micheal Langoulot to participate in placement.A good show of confidence in the upcomming drill program by management tipping in their own cash to support the company.:)
