Mate, arpu is measured across the whole business as an average. You can't know for sure whether those existing customers have that same average, or whether the new ones are buying bigger packages. Either way, its better to have customers who can afford the bigger packages and let the smaller ones drop off because it costs less to maintain those bigger contracts on a revenue ratio basis.
