Additional thing we can learn from CDV is the fact that current SP doesn't have much effect on the buy out price as the main driving factors would be what resource we have, aisc, how much we want to sell it, POG and competing offers.The SP of CDV was about 25c, then buy out was plus $1. 25c sp was with everything in place aleeady including the feasibility study and licenses. And final price was just above $1. Also to note, the pog the price was offered on was based at 1350 pog.
