Given @betman is also betting on a buyout, let us see what the prospective buyers come up with and, when they do, whether our BOD supports it.
In the meantime we should forget about it and go with development post haste, IMO! Clearly WWI has the best of both worlds.
I think Betman may be on the ball with Harmony.
