Hope not mate, an operation of this scale has a thousands of moving parts, doesnt come together overnight.
A D12 or a large haul truck are a couple milly, and you cant get them at the local garage.
I am down here at Rozelle interchange now and again. Now thats a big operation, and moving millions of tonnes of spoil from big excavations. The contractor onsite there would be handy in SA. Different field, but i have to say VERY grudgingly, good at what they do. Peeps need to understand this is a whole new ball game. The paper shuffle is over, time to get dirt on the hands. This will require a whole lot of new people with the right skillsets.
