Guys, there is an issue with those participating in the CR - someone alluded to this saying that the price does drop below CR.
This especially happens when participants are given free options in the CR. If listed, these options will have a value. So the participants can keep selling to below the CR price because the price they get for the options will be included in calculating profit. Have seen this happen in a number of stocks I have held and I used the same strategy in a few cases over the years.
However if there is value in the co, that value will be achieved once all the selling is done. Sometimes there is a strong price rise.
