Nice to see a good little asset sale.. looks like they are aware of potential for their balance sheet to be very lazy after a bumper season and better to reap the benefit of selling to PE rather than let PE buy you and take all the value.. will be very interesting to see what they do with all the cash from this sale and a good couple of quarters.. A nice dividend would be awesome.
