Pete jed a very sheltered life... he had never seen or heard of an elephant before....
As events turned out, an elephant escaped from the local zoo, and made its way into his back yard.
In a panic, Pete rang up Emergency Services for help...
Pete: You'll never guess what is in my back yard. It's a huge grey animal with a massive long tail, walking around backwards, and it's using its tail to rip out the cabbages in my vegetable garden!!!
Emergency Services Rep: Ooh! That does sound terrible. Tell me, what is this huge grey animal doing with the cabbages?
