I've heard Peter's comparisons with childlike attributes before and it's why at some point, he is most probably going to be considered a true "Father of Artificial Intelligence".
While others have been trying to create "Intelligence" through deep learning, which is just knowledge based. He has created the beginnings of "True" A.I. Because his approach and understanding of intelligence is completely different to the mainstream.
