It must of happened very quickly and it wasn't sitting on any side for any time - I'd assume off market and maybe just one holder shuffling accounts to themselves ? There's only 15 holders with excess of 5,000,000 shares.
It will be interesting to see the Quarterly by Thursday leaving it right down to the line. Bank balance would appear extremely low if not taking into account Janssen payment right at the start of Q on July 1st or the joint funding with UOQ of $480K - I wonder if that registers in company statement or if it went to UOQ account ? Anyway I get a cash balance of about $500K remaining assuming same as last quarter but not taking into account the above two points Janssen sum ? where joint grant comes in - or split ? and anticipated R&D refund.
