at the moment the only complaint lodged is with the ASX in relation to manipulation.
if either myself or anyone else that filed complaints hasnt heard anything by later in the week, i will give them a call to see how it is going.
im glad to hear you spoke to Phil, i actually sent an email to him earlier this evening, you have answered a few of the questions that i had asked in the email.
so, tomorrow i will be filing a complaint form with ASIC re substantial holding, it takes about 28 days for this to be looked into and receive a response with their findings.
i certainly wouldnt be sad to see them deregistered
