SaberX in the end I believe management didn't proceed with legal proceedings. The issues arose around the time of the AGM particularly regarding remuneration packages. Those against were citing delays, those for were stating management has done a great job, with financing virtually signed off. Given delays with finance, I personally think the closing of the hedge may have been the coup de grace. In hindsight, the threatened legal action, curtailed most of those with a negative view of MYG (myself included) from posting, and may have led to inexperienced investors purchasing MYG, as a result of the rose tinted views of the majority of those posting.
