If there was good news about to be made, and with knowledge that a CR was needed, what a clever way of preventing insider traders getting their hands on shares.
The clever idea being make an Ann that in future weeks we intend to raise capital for improving our chances.
That would create so much doubt and slow trading of shares to a minimum.
Maybe just an optimistic thought.
