I think its very under valued too gxb.
Thats why I continue to accumulate at these levels.
Imo these sort of juniors that are showing emormous amounts of potential but unfortunately have been hammered recently not only by the fall in the uranium price but also having the sub prime issues at the same time, will be the ones that out perform in there sector as soon as Uranium starts to come back into fashion.(which I believe is not far away).
Their recent presentation has given me alot of encouragement as to what lies ahead for PEN.
