I remember when MSB submitted the EIA it was the most comprehensive EIA ever handed into SEA, (11,400 pages from memory) and the guy who put it together has never failed in receiving a permit from SEA.
I've seen other companies and read that others have only submitted only a few hundred pages to SEA and received their permit.
Makes me wonder what MSB missed out of all those pages!
