big institutions buying into emp

some very recent, interesting deals being brought into with institutions taking sizeable positions in EMP.
CBA buys 58 mill approx.
Paradise investments buys 73mill approx.
Two directors buy 2mill and 2.5mill.
now Taurus fund managers buys 103 mill as announced today., note gordon galt`s involment
these big institutions are not buying in for fun, they are looking for value.
with the $70 mill cash that EMP has in the bank, plus with the chance of a capitol return to EMP shareholders , if they close the deal on tolukuma prior to the merger scheme with iau. then EMP must look good vaue, to these institutions.
note, EMP have stated the cash from tolukuma will go to EMP shareholders.
