    According to the 2009 accounts, the CEO Manny has got 220,000 shares...so he's got $11,000 of ""skin in the game now"" - that's impressive ! He's also set himself a very tough target for his 10,000,000 options to be in the money - an exercise price of 1 cent before 2/10/2017.
