I can understand you wanting the "Company Maker" fired up ASAP but looking at the latest DZP and TGP project development timelines the TGP should be in production at about the time that construction is due to start on the DZP.
I know these timelines continuously change but it would be nice to have a project earning us some money at the earliest possible time.
I personally like the fact that management are doing everything they can to extract shareholder value out of the TGP when the "easy" thing to do would be to get "blinded" by the worlds increasing awareness of REE projects and concentrate on the DZP only and forget the rest.
Have patience and we could have multiple projects up an running in the next 5 years.
